System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend CSHB 928 as follows:                                                   

(1)  On page 1, strike lines 10 through 14 and substitute the 	following:     
		(1)  the applicant submits a federal postcard 
application to the early voting clerk on or before the 20th [30th] 
day before election day;  and
	(2)  Strike page 2, line 11 through page 3, line 2, and 
substitute the following:

application made under Subsection (e):                                        
		(1)  an application that does not contain a 
cancellation mark is considered to be timely if it is received by 
the early voting clerk on or before the 15th [22nd] day before 
election day;  and
		(2)  if the 20th [30th] day before the date of an 
election is a Saturday, Sunday, or legal state or national holiday, 
an application is considered to be timely if it is submitted to the 
early voting clerk on or before the next regular business day.
