Amend HB 991 (Senate committee printing) by striking the 
bracketed language on page 1, lines 18 through 22, and substituting 
"The department shall, on written request and payment of a 
reasonable fee to cover costs of copying, disclose to any other 
individual whether a named individual who is a potential suspect or 
witness in an ongoing criminal investigation by a law enforcement 
agency in this state [or any individual whose full name is listed on 
a specified written list] is licensed under this subchapter."
