Amend CSHB 1031 (House Committee Report) as follows:                         
	(1) On page 1, between lines 12 and 13, insert the following:                  
	"(e) For an election of a school district located wholly or 
partially within the boundaries of a city described by Subsection 
(d), other than an election of that school district that is held 
jointly with another election in which a federal office appears on 
the ballot, this section does not require the use of a voting 
station that meets the requirements for accessibility under 42 
U.S.C. Section 15481(a)(3)."
