Amend HB 1043 as follows: (1) On page 1, line 18, between "modification" and the semicolon, insert "taught by a person who has a master's degree in behavioral science". (2) On page 2, line 13, between "modification" and the period, insert "taught by a person who has a master's degree in behavioral science".
