Amend CSHB 1090, on page 1, line 47, between "unused cull 
trees," and "thinnings," by inserting "pre-commercial" and amend 
Section 22.002(5)(iii) (page 1, line 63 through page 2, line 1) to 
read as follows:
				"(iii)  forest wood waste or urban wood 
waste; and"
