	Amend CSHB 1168 (House committee printing) on page 3, Section 
254.004 by adding:
	(d) The department and the Department of State Health 
Services shall enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the 
Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs to coordinate 
housing resources for persons who may be displaced as a result of 
actions taken under Subchapters C and D of this bill.
