Amend CSHB 1196 as follows:                                                  
	(1)  On page 2, strike line 4, and substitute the following:                   
		(4)  "Undocumented worker" means an individual who, at 
the           
	(2)  On page 2, line 12, strike "UNAUTHORIZED ALIENS" and 
substitute "UNDOCUMENTED WORKERS".
	(3)  On page 2, line 19, strike "unauthorized alien" and 
substitute "undocumented worker".
