Amend HB 1200 as follows:                                                    
	(1)  On page 1, between lines 17 and 18, insert the 
following:               
		(3)  "Political committee," "political contribution," 
and "political expenditure" have the meanings assigned by Section 
251.001, Election Code.
	(2)  On page 1, line 18, strike "(3)" and substitute "(4)".      
	(3)  On page 2, line 10, strike "or".                                   
	(4)  On page 2, line 12, strike the period and substitute a 
semicolon.       
	(5)  On page 2, between lines 12 and 13, insert the 
following:               
		(4)  the organization establishes a political 
committee or assists a political committee in performing political 
activities; or
		(5)  the organization makes a political contribution or 
political expenditure.
