The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	Amend CSHB 1251 by adding subsection (g) to read as follows:                 
	(g) Subsection (f) of this section does not apply to any 
county, municipality or other subdivision of this state that has a 
population less than 50,000.
