Amend HB 1355 (House Committee Report) by adding the 
following appropriately numbered SECTION to the bill and 
renumbering subsequent SECTIONS of the bill accordingly:
	SECTION ____.  Subchapter A, Chapter 822, Health and Safety 
Code, is amended by adding Section 822.0011 to read as follows:
	Sec. 822.0011.  APPLICATION TO CERTAIN PROPERTY.  For 
purposes of this subchapter, a person's property includes property 
the person is entitled to possess or occupy under a lease or other 
agreement.
