Amend CSHB 1355 (Senate committee printing, page 1, lines 51 
through 53) in SECTION 5 of the bill, by striking proposed 
Subsection (b), Section 822.005, Health and Safety Code, and 
substituting the following:
	(b)  An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor.
