Amend CSHB 1355 (Senate committee printing) in SECTION 5 of
the bill, in proposed Subdivision (2), Subsection (a), Section
822.005, Health and Safety Code (page 1, line 50), by striking
"Section 822.001" and substituting "Section 1.07, Penal Code".
