Amend Floor Amendment No. 1 to CSHB 1386 in Section 39.206 by 
inserting a new subsection (d) to read as follows:
	(d)  Nothing in this section shall be construed to require a 
power generation company to use a nuclear decommissioning trust as 
a method to provide funds for decommissioning, if the power 
generation company can otherwise satisfy the decommissioning 
financial assurance requirements of the federal Nuclear Regulatory 
Commission.
