Amend HB 1387 as follows:                                                    
	(1)  On page 3, line 7, strike "and".                                   
	(2)  On page 3, line 9, between "cost" and "to the school", 
insert "and benefit".
	(3)  On page 3, line 15, strike "." and substitute ";".          
	(4)  On page 3, between lines 15 and 16, insert the 
following:               
		"(12)  the identity of each of the property owners of 
each  subject property;
		(13)  the appraised value of each subject property, as 
assessed by the local appraisal district; and
		(14)  any offers to sell, including the proposed sale 
price, of each subject property."
