Amend CSHB 1439 (Committee printing) as follows:                             
	(1)  On page 2, line 25, strike "and".                                  
	(2)  On page 3, strike line 6 and substitute the following:                    

contract; and                                                          
			(D)  as soon as practicable but not later than the 
15th day after the date the contract with the department is entered 
into, to notify each individual covered by the contract that the 
driver record of the individual will be monitored by the department 
under the contract.
