Amend CSHB 1439 (committee printing) on page 5, between lines 
16 and 17 by inserting:
	(n)  The department shall charge a person with whom the 
department contracts under this section a fee set by the department 
in an amount equal to one-third of the net profits the person 
derives from the contract.  A fee collected under this subsection 
shall be deposited to the credit of the designated trauma facility 
and emergency medical services account.
