Amend CSHB 1439 on page 3, between lines 6 and 7, by inserting the following: (c-1) Notwithstanding any other provision of this section, driver record monitoring services may be provided to an employer or employer support organization only in relation to a person who is required to drive while performing services for the person's employer.
