The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	Amend HB 1462 as follows:                                                    
	(1)  On page 1, line 17, strike "Subsection (f)" and 
substitute "Subsections (f) and (g)".
	(2)  On page 2, between lines 15 and 16, insert:                               
	(g)  A county or district attorney making an investigation 
under this section may request from the attorney general additional 
resources to conduct the investigation.  The attorney general shall 
determine whether more resources are needed, and may provide the 
resources that the attorney general considers necessary.
