Amend CSHB 1472 on page 1 as follows:                                        

(1)  On line 9, between "USE" and the period, insert "OR AS 	TIMBER LAND".
	(2)  On line 15, between "Code" and the period, insert ", or 
as timber land under Subchapter E of that chapter".
	(3)  Strike line 24 and substitute "with the use of the area 
for agriculture, wildlife management, or timber; and".
