Amend on third reading HB 1751 as follows:                                   

(1)  On page 2, strike lines 7 and 8 and substitute the 	following:           
		(2)  "Sexually oriented business" means a nightclub, 
bar, restaurant, or similar commercial enterprise that:
			(A)  provides live nude entertainment or 
performances for an audience of two or more individuals; and
			(B)  authorizes on-premises consumption of 
alcoholic beverages, regardless of whether the consumption of 
alcoholic beverages is under a license or permit issued under the 
Alcoholic Beverage Code.
	(2)  On page 2, lines 10-11, strike "that provides live nude 
entertainment or performances".
	(3)  On page 5, line 10, strike "September 1, 2007" and 
substitute "January 1, 2008".
