	Amend CSHB 1772 as follows:                                                  
	(1)  On page 1, line 10, strike "The division shall report 
annually" and substitute "Not later than December 31 of each 
even-numbered year, the division shall report".
	(2)  Insert the following appropriately numbered SECTION to 
the bill:        
	SECTION ____. The division of workers' compensation shall 
submit the initial report required by Section 402.0666, Labor Code, 
as added by this Act, not later than December 31, 2008.
	(3)  Renumber subsequent SECTIONS of the bill accordingly.
