Amend CSHB 1864 (Senate committee printing) as follows:                      
	(1)  In SECTION 2 of the bill, in amended Subdivision (5), 
Section 153.314, Family Code (page 2, line 10), strike "[and]" and 
substitute "and".
	(2)  In SECTION 2 of the bill, in amended Section 153.314, 
Family Code (page 2, lines 17 through 23), strike the following:

; and                                                                  
		(7)  the parent not otherwise entitled under this 
standard order to present possession of a child on December 25 is 
entitled to have possession of the child for a two-hour period 
selected by that parent on December 24 or December 25, provided that 
the parent picks up the child from the residence of the conservator 
entitled to possession and returns the child to that same place
