Amend HB 1919 (House engrossment) as follows:                                
	(1)  In SECTION 5 of the bill, in added Subsection (a), 
Section 1352.005, Insurance Code, between "must" and "notify" (page 
5, line 18), insert "annually".
	(2)  In SECTION 5 of the bill, strike added Subsection (d), 
Section 1352.005, Insurance Code (page 6, lines 10-14).
	(3)  In SECTION 5 of the bill, strike added Subsection (c), 
Section 1352.006, Insurance Code (page 7, lines 5-9).
	(4)  In SECTION 5 of the bill, in added Subdivision (1), 
Subsection (a), Section 1352.007, Insurance Code, between "acute"
