Amend CSHB 2004, Senate committee printing, in SECTION 1 of 
the bill, in added Section 408.0046, Labor Code (page 2, line 15), 
by inserting the following after "injuries.":

The rules adopted under this section must require an entity 
requesting a peer review to obtain and provide to the doctor 
providing peer review services all relevant and updated medical 
records.
