	Amend CSHB 2106 (House Committee Printing) as follows:                       

(1)  Strike SECTION 15 of the bill (page 11, line 24 through 	page 12, line 2).
	(2)  Strike SECTION 20 of the bill (page 14, lines 6 through 
13).            
	(3)  Renumber the subsequent SECTIONS of the bill 
accordingly.
