Amend CSHB 2151 (House committee printing) as follows:                       

(1)  On page 2, lines 5 and 6, strike "[$5 graffiti 	eradication]" and substitute "and [$5] graffiti eradication".
	(2)  On page 6, lines 7 and 8, strike "[graffiti 
eradication]" and substitute "and graffiti eradication".
	(3)  On page 6, lines 25 and 26, strike "[graffiti
