The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	Amend HB 2244 on page 1, between lines 20 and 21, by inserting 
the following:
	"(c) This section does not apply to a county jail located in a 
county with a population of less than 150,000."
