Amend HB 2265 on page 2 by adding a new subsection (f) to Section 2001.420, Occupations Code, to read as follows: (f) A consolation prize in a progressive bingo game described by subsection (b): (1) may not exceed $250; and (2) may be offered only once during each bingo occasion.
