	Amend CSHB 2345 as follows:                                                  

(1)  On page 1, line 20, between "a" and "trade", insert 	"Texas".
	(2)  On page 2, line 5, after "biology,", insert "agronomy, 
entomology,".
	(3)  On page 3, line 5, between "campaign" and the comma, 
insert "not inconsistent with Section 2.002 or 12.002 or any 
department policy relating to the promotion of Texas agriculture 
and agricultural products".
