	Amend CSHB 2385 (house committee printing) as follows:                       
	(1)  On page 1, lines 21 and 22, strike "or criminal district 
attorney" and substitute ", criminal district attorney, or county 
attorney".
	(2)  On page 1, line 24, strike "or criminal district 
attorney's" and substitute ", criminal district attorney's, or 
county attorney's".
	(3)  On page 2, line 3, strike "or criminal district 
attorney" and substitute ", criminal district attorney, or county 
attorney".
	(4)  On page 6, lines 10 and 11, strike "or criminal district 
attorney" and substitute ", criminal district attorney, or county
