Amend HB 2405 by adding the following appropriately numbered 
SECTION to the bill and renumbering existing SECTIONS of the bill 
accordingly:
	SECTION ____.  Section 418.017, Government Code, is amended 
by adding Subsection (d) to read as follows:
	(d)  In coping with the aftermath of a natural disaster, the 
governor shall use money available from any fund that may be used by 
state government for the purpose of economic development, 
infrastructure development, community development, job training 
programs, or providing business incentives to provide grants or 
loans to small businesses in this state that were affected by the 
natural disaster to assist those small businesses in resuming 
operations.
