	Amend CSHB 2426 (House Committee Printing) as follows:                       

(1)  On page 70, line 19, following the semicolon, insert 	"and".             
	(2)  On page 70, line 21, strike "; and" and substitute a 
period.            
	(3)  On page 70, strike line 22.
