Amend CSHB 2491 on page 3, between lines 3 and 4 by inserting a new Subsection (f) to read as follows: "(f) Subsection (d) does not apply to a corporation or labor organization making an expenditure to communicate with its stockholders or members, as applicable, or with the families of its stockholders or members under Sec. 253.098."
