System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend HB 2529 (House Committee Report) by inserting the 
following on page 1, between lines 17 and 18, and renumbering the 
subsequent sections accordingly:
	"SECTION 2. Section 39.023, Education Code, is amended by 
adding Subsection (c-1) to read as follows:
	(c-1) In adopting a schedule for the administration of 
assessment instruments under this section, the State Board of 
Education shall require assessment instruments administered under 
Subsection (a) to be administered on a schedule so that the first 
assessment instrument is administered at least two weeks later than 
the date on  which the first assessment instrument was administered 
under Subsection (a) during the 2006-2007 school year."
