Amend CSHB 2560 as follows:                                                  

(1)  On page 1, strike line 18 and renumber the existing 	subdivisions of added Section 44.0031(a), Education Code, 
accordingly.
	(2)  On page 1, line 20, strike "detailed".                             
	(3)  On page 2, line 5, strike "(a)(1) through (3)" and 
substitute "(a)(1) and (2)".
	(4)  On page 2, line 9, strike "(5)" and substitute "(4)".       
	(5)  On page 2, line 12, strike "(6)" and substitute "(5)".
