	Amend HB 2685 on page 5, between lines 21 and 22, by 
inserting:            
	(a-1) Notwithstanding Section 118.011, each county shall set 
the fee for a marriage license issued in the county in an amount 
that ensures that the county will collect at least the same amount 
of revenue from marriage license fees that the county collected 
during the state fiscal biennium ending September 1, 2007.
