	Amend HB 2685 by adding the following appropriately numbered 
SECTION to the bill and renumbering subsequent SECTIONS of the bill 
accordingly:
	SECTION ____. Each member of the Texas Legislature shall 
complete not less than eight hours of marital education classes 
annually. A class completed by a member of the legislature must meet 
the requirements described by Section 2.013, Family code. If the 
member is married, the member shall complete the marital education 
classes with the member's spouse.
