Amend HB 2694 (Senate committee printing) as follows:                        
	(1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Subsection (c)(2)(A), 
Government Code (page 1, line 32), strike ";" and substitute "; 
and".
	(2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Subsection (c)(2)(B), 
Government Code (page 1, line 34), strike "; and" and substitute an 
underlined period.
	(3)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, strike added Subsection 
(c)(2)(C), Government Code (page 1, lines 35-37).
