Amend HB 2699 in SECTION 1, by striking proposed subsection (f)(1) of 511.018, Government Code and replacing with the following: (1) review and report on all measures being taken by the correctional facility to remedy any management-related deficiency that resulted in the facility's report of noncompliance:
