The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.
Amend HB 2699 on third reading on page 3, between lines 11 and
12, by inserting the following:
"(i) This section does not apply to a correctional facility
that is located in a county with a population of less than 300,000."
