Amend HB 3107 (house committee printing) as follows:                         
	(1)  On page 2, between lines 20 and 21, insert:                               
		(1)  the homefront heroes account created by HB 3426 or 
similar legislation;
	(2)  Renumber subsequent subdivisions of Section 4 of the 
bill accordingly.
