Amend Floor Amendment No. 1 to HB 3107 as follows:                           
	(1)  In Section 4 of the bill (page 2, between lines 11 and 
12), insert a new Subdivision (1) to read as follows and renumber 
the existing Subdivision (1) and subsequent subdivisions 
accordingly:
		(1)  the fire prevention and public safety account 
created by House Bill No. 2935 or similar legislation;
	(2)  In Section 6 of the bill (page 3, between lines 3 and 4), 
insert a new Subdivision (1) to read as follows and renumber the 
existing Subdivision (1) and subsequent subdivisions accordingly:
		(1)  all dedications or rededications made by House 
Bill No. 2935 or similar legislation;
