Amend CSHB 3168 on page 1 as follows: (1) On line 11, between "section" and the comma, insert "and the Reid vapor pressure requirements for gasoline used as control measures in the state implementation plan". (2) On line 16, strike "May 1, 2009" and substitute "January 1, 2009".
