The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.
Amend Floor Amendment No. 1 by Elkins of CSHB 3222 on page 3,
line 28, immediately after "Subsection (e)", by inserting "and may
be held liable for attorney's fees and costs for an action brought
under that subsection as provided by Subsection (i)".
