numbered, and renumbering the subsequent ARTICLES and SECTIONS of 
the bill accordingly:

ARTICLE ____.  ENTITY GIVEN 2009 SUNSET DATE
	SECTION ____.01.  PARKS AND WILDLIFE DEPARTMENT.  Section 
11.0111, Parks and Wildlife Code, is amended to read as follows:
	Sec. 11.0111.  SUNSET PROVISION.  The Parks and Wildlife 
Department is subject to Chapter 325, Government Code (Texas Sunset 
Act). Unless continued in existence as provided by that chapter, 
the department is abolished September 1, 2009 [2013].
