	Amend on third reading HB 3249, as it was amended on second 
reading, by striking the ARTICLE added to the bill by Amendment No. 
1 by Rep. Truitt, and adding the following SECTION to ARTICLE 2, 
appropriately numbered, and renumbering the subsequent SECTIONS of 
the ARTICLE appropriately:
	SECTION 2._____.  PARKS AND WILDLIFE DEPARTMENT.  Section 
11.0111, Parks and Wildlife Code, is amended to read as follows:
	Sec. 11.0111.  SUNSET PROVISION.  The Parks and Wildlife 
Department is subject to Chapter 325, Government Code (Texas Sunset 
Act). Unless continued in existence as provided by that chapter, 
the department is abolished September 1, 2011 [2013].
