	Amend CSHB 3297 (House Committee Printing) by adding the 
following appropriately numbered SECTION and renumbering the 
subsequent SECTIONS appropriately:
	SECTION ____. Section 791.011(e), Government Code, is 
amended to read as follows:
	(e) An interlocal contractual payment must be in an amount 
that fairly compensates the performing party for the services or 
functions performed under the contract except that nothing shall 
prohibit the local government from being reimbursed for its 
expenses or sharing in the profits or revenues of the performing 
party.
