Amend CSHB 3382 (Senate committee printing) as follows:                      
	(1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in proposed Subdivision (1), 
Subsection (a), Section 51.970, Education Code (page 1, line 21), 
strike "printed".
	(2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in proposed Subsection (a),

following:
		(3)  "Dyslexia" means a condition of dyslexia
