	Amend CSHB 3426 by adding the following appropriately 
numbered section and renumbering the sections of the bill 
accordingly:
	SECTION ____.  The Texas Veteran's Commission shall conduct a 
study on male and female veterans who return from the war in 
Afghanistan or Iraq to determine what services are necessary to 
assist the veterans in their return from the war.
