Amend the Alonzo amendment to CSHB 3426 as follows:                          
	1) On page 1, line 4, insert between the period and "The", the 
following: (a).
	2) On page 1, line 7, after the period, insert the following                   
	b) The commission is encouraged to ensure that the diversity 
and contributions of all veterans of Texas are well documented
